LOVE LOVE LOVE MY HOT TUB

All the family are amazed at the quality of the tub & the price we paid (although I did have to show my parents the site as they are parents & never beleive their kids even though I'm 35!!!).

We feel it is time to drop you a line regarding our hot tub.

After a few complications with the delivery of the hot-tub which were solved as quickly as poss by DanZ. We received the spa at the set delivery time, and just as the web site said it was up and running in no time at all and with the minimum of fuss!!

2 minor problems popped up regarding the use of the spa and on both occasions the engineers called (under warranty) and after fixing the minor faults, also offered valuable advice as to the workings of the spa.

The spa is better than we thought it would be for the price. It is representing great value and we are enjoying the use of it immensely!!

So to Daniel I feel we should offer congratulions for supplying a good product at a very reasonable price and well worth the wait.

Hi many thanks. I have been very impressed by the way you have handled things, I haven't had to keep contacting you, you have always kept in touch. One fears that with a faceless internet company that they may become uncontactable, but this has not been the case. I would certainly reccomend you or purchase further products from you.

I am just writing to express how happy we are with our Atlantic spa that we purchased from you last year, it really has bought us and all of our family countless hours of enjoyment.

When we placed our order with you, we were told by a friend that to buy a hot tub online would be risky, and on such a technical item you should pay the extra and only buy from a local supplier. After having seen the excellent quality of our spa and your after sales service this same friend has admitted that his concerns were wrong and what a great product and support Danz Spas has provided.

We recommend Danz Spas to everyone and feel it just goes to show that it is possible to buy a luxury spa at an affordable price without compromising on quality or technical support.

The whole "Danz" experience was very good. We were kept upto date with regular emails about our order, and though the original delivery time was a bit "far fetched" the product was worth the wait!!!

Very happy with Danz staff, they could'nt be more helpful. Happy with the product and price.

Danz Spa were simpy excellent - they helped throughout the delivery process, offerred advice over the phone and replaced a part as soon as I had problems with it... I would proactively recommend them to my friends and family ... particuarly as there after care service was fantastic. Thanks to everyone at Danz for all there help.

I was always very cautious about spending this amount of money over the internet but when my spa arrived i was so pleased i did. It took longer than first said by Danz to get here but when i looked it did travel half round the world. I have had no issues with faults or problems. It is a great buy and value for money. Its snowing at the minute and i'm so looking forward to a snowy dip. If you like entertaining or just relaxing then for value for money you can't go wrong. Thankyou guys as we are sure your happy customers!!!

Danz Spas are a quality outfit, great staff and great products, we have already recommended our spa to friends who have gone on to order one after seeing ours.

We are delighted with our Sure Spa, it is probably one of the best buys we have made. The quality of the spa is excellent and although we had a few problems with our spa, Daniel and his customer service team endeavour to sort them out promptly. We wouldn't change our spa for the world. It turns cold winter nights into social occasions in the garden with friends or family. We particularly enjoyed sitting out in it when the snow had fallen; it was magical. It is also easy to maintain, once you have mastered the pH etc., (a job I leave to my husband!)

I would thoroughly reccommend Danz if anyone is thinking of purchasing a spa as they provide a value for money product with an excellent aftersales service and warranty.

After a hesitant purchase of our hot tub in October 2009, we have been absolutely delighted with our decision. The hot tub itself is fantastic, much more fun than I thought it would be (our hot tub arrived January 2010 and we have not had it switched off yet!) Danz the company is excellant, keeping customers up to date with maintainance information constantly (it is definitely not a case of not interested once the purchase has been made). We did have a few minor problems that were really down to how we had programmed the tub and no fault of Danz at all but all the staff could not do enough to try and sort out the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Danz to anyone, great products, great service at a great price.

Dear Daniel, I should like to make the following comments about Danz spa's:

We ordered our Atlantic spa from Danz in the spring of last year (2010), and it was delivered in July. We were really pleasantly surprised at how good the quality of the spa was, and the features that it had represent exceptional for money. A few days after delivery Danz sent us a complimentary bottle of wine through the post, following this up with periodic phone calls to check whether there were any queries or problems with the spa.
Their quality of after sales service is second to none and the value of their products is excellent. The Danz team are great, e-mails are answered promptly, products dispatched instantly and technical problems dealt with straight away. We would definitely recoomend Danz spas to others considering buying a good value hot tub, - we use ours almost every day... .
